Delicious conserve and jam producer, Bonne Maman, recently team up with Aga to host a series of unique cookery demonstrations at Aga shops throughout the UK. The classes were dedicated to mastering fine cooking techniques and flavours by using uncomplicated, stress-free recipes - all incorporating Bonne Maman jams, jellies and compotes.
Each guest was treated to a goodie bag which featured tasty Bonne Maman products and an exclusive booklet featuring delicious recipes compiled by Aga Demonstrators. Some of the exciting combinations, which were cooked included; Grilled Mackerel with Rhubarb sauce, delicious Duck with Mandarin Marmalade and a tangy Apricot Roulade. As the events proved, the union between the brands resulted in truly innovative cooking!
