There is nothing more perfect than AGA and Bonne Maman working together, making exciting food in the beautiful city of Montreal. The two brands recently united their similar passions for good food and toured Canada with a series of innovative cookery demonstrations. Recipes incorporating Bonne Maman jams, jellies and compotes shared the stage with Britain's iconic cooker. The tour wrapped up on October 27th at The Montreal AGA Shop, with mouthwatering results.
Marie Di Genova, Canadian representative for Bonne Maman and Ilana Weitzman, Editor-in-Chief from Enroute Magazine where among the invited guests. One of the favourite dishes was the Pork and Butternut Squash Casserole with Peach Conserve. However, our crowd at Montreal just couldn't get enough of the locally raised Grilled Venison Steaks with Blackcurrant Sauce. As the French say - Bon Appetit.
