Ringwood makes Christmas entertaining easy!

With Christmas coming The Aga Shop Ringwood organised an Aga Demonstration of Canapes and Nibbles,  providing ideas  for  easy entertaining over the festive period.  Fran Turner entertained the audience with a varied selection of tasty and effortless delicacies.  Having an Aga ensures Christmas celebrations, food-wise, run smoothly and stress-free for the cook.   
 
The audience were greeted by manager ,  Lesley  Cooper,  and sales assistant Anne  Redcliffe with organic elderberry or cranberry cordial and Fran's special  mini  mince pies (the pastry was delicious!) and meringues.  They then sat down to see the Demonstration, which included such delights as  Goat's Cheese and Fig Skewers, Hot Smoked Trout and Chive Tartlets, Thai-style Turkey Meatballs with Dip and Smoked Salmon Blinis.  Fran also explained how and where to cook these on the Aga and showed the audience her favourite items of cookware, following which Ringwood sold out of mini muffin tins !  
 
Ringwood is one of The Aga Shops featuring some of the Divertimenti range of products, including wooden spoons, which were recently voted most useful kitchen gadget by a panel of celebrity foodies for Waitrose Food Illustrated magazine.
