Chocolate, chocolate and more chocolate was the attraction at the Aga shop Harrogate over the weekend. Whether it was dark, flavoured or anything in between, it was an exciting source of culinary inspiration as the shop held on open day dedicated to the decadence of this sweet treat.
Aga demonstrator, Magda Anderson, made a mouth watering selection of chocolate inspired canapés and dishes including white chocolate truffles, chocolate dipped strawberries and rich chocolate brownies.
The shop wanted to show customers various, innovative ways to use chocolate for naughty Christmas nibbles and delicious home-made gifts. Customers loved the ideas that were presented to them and were delighted to see Magda create the recipes in-store. And judging by the empty plates, they enjoyed every sample too!
