AGA Rangemaster has a manufacturing tradition dating back 300 years to 1709 when Abraham Darby triggered the Industrial Revolution in what is now the AGA foundry. Darby was making cast iron cooking pots and the Group still makes them there today.
As Britain re-assesses the value of its manufacturing base and looks for areas where it has world leading innovation and design skills, range cooking is well up the list. AGA Rangemaster is Midlands based and has UK factories making cast iron cookers and market leading range cookers.
