You might recall reading on the AGA Times about the visit to the UK of a group of Canadian journalists to tour the AGA factory and foundry. One of those journalists, Jacob Richler, son of novelist Mordecai Richler, has since written an article in the November issue of International Architecture and Design in which he says ‘the venerable AGA cooker has never been so au courant.’
The article outlines the history of the AGA cooker, its manufacture and our love affair with it. Jacob picks up on what he describes as AGA’s most important virtue – ‘the ease of its use’ - and the massive culinary payback ‘with which it answers with minimal effort in the kitchen.’
