The 2008 Annual General Meeting of Aga Foodservice Group plc was held on Friday 9th May 2008. The result of the AGM and proxy voting figures are available under Market Announcements (9th May 2008).
An Extraordinary General Meeting was also held on 9th May 2008 to approve the 'Return of Cash'. All resolutions were duly carried.
