Home economist and winner of the Gourmand Award for best series cookbook 2008, James McIntosh, is whisking up a passion for the soon-to-be-launched new AGA Pro+ in North America.
James has produced a series of short videos demonstrating the capacity and functionality of this great new product with energy saving and flexibility at the forefront of its development.
At the heart of the AGA Pro+ is an internationally patented divider panel, which splits the oven capacity in two offering the choice of either a huge 108 litre cooking space for those with a large family or who enjoy entertaining or a more practical 49 litre oven. With the energy saving panel in place the heat-up time is vastly reduced and less energy is required than if running the full oven.
